Stellar Flex36 Series Hooklift Introduced
The Flex36 Series was engineered using the most advanced levels of design tools, including finite element analysis and strain gauge validation testing as well as extensive data collected from our customers. This advanced design process has allowed Stellar to build a hooklift that will grow with the customer, effectively saving time and money by not having to purchase new equipment to accommodate this growth. It has also streamlined the manufacturing process, which has reduced the weight of the hooklift and has allowed for a greater net payload, making it even more competitive in the marketplace and more profitable for the end user. Typically, a Stellar hooklift will outlast the life of 2 or 3 chassis. With this in mind, a qualified Stellar dealer can make a simple pressure adjustment to the existing Flex36 Series hooklift, remount it on a correctly specified chassis and make this hooklift perform perform again and again. Therefore, one hooklift design can accommodate various capacities over one cab to axle model.

Stellar Industries, Inc. is introducing the
technologically advanced Stellar Flex36 Series hooklift. This hooklift,
with a hook height of 36", has been designed to replace nine current
Stellar hooklift models with four. These four Flex36 Series hooklifts,
accommodating cab to axle measurements of 60, 84, 108 and 120 can be pressure
adjusted to accommodate lifting capacities ranging from 4000 kg up to 7250
kg depending on the GVWR of the chassis. No other hooklift manufacturer
currently offers this kind of flexibility.
