Curry Supply Debuts Utility Division

Curry Supply, a leading manufacturer of work trucks with 3 production sites in the United States, launched its utility division at the ARA show, held February 18-21 in New Orleans, Louisiana. The new utility division will be led by Business Development manager Rick Romney, an industry veteran with 50 years’ experience in the utility market.

Curry Supply has partnered with AxionLift and Dakota Bodies to build its first Utility Line bucket truck. Curry Supply intentionally chose its partners based on the high quality of their products, as well as the availability of parts to ensure supply to make these trucks available for sale in the second half of 2024, as production ramps up.

Curry Supply’s new bucket truck will feature the AxionLift AT4313i model with an insulated bucket - with a working height of 13.5 m - mounted on a custom Dakota utility body, installed on a Ford F600 4x4 - Diesel chassis. Curry Supply’s utility truck would be particularly suited to the electric utility market, working on power line maintenance and repair
