SVAB Wins CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 Exhibit Design Award
SVAB has been named the winner of the Exhibit Design Award in Class 2 (37–92 m2) for its booth at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 in Las Vegas. The Exhibit Design Awards recognize exhibitors with outstanding booth design across four size categories. Entries are judged on site by a panel of designers and trade show industry experts, and the winners are announced during the show’s award ceremony. SVAB’s booth was developed to help visitors quickly understand what SVAB does and to experience the technology in a practical, hands-on way. A large illuminated feature facing the main aisle highlighted SVAB’s A9 joystick, while dedicated demo areas presented SVAB’s full joystick range through hands-on product interaction and operator-focused demonstrations. A central part of the experience was the VR area, built around two separate VR stations. One station focused on hands-on exploration and demonstration. The other was connected to a public display with a live scoreboard, turning the experience into a gamified challenge that encouraged friendly competition and repeat participation. The result was a clear and memorable way of showing how the A9 joystick affects real-world outcomes such as precision and operator performance. As highlighted during the award presentation, the jury especially recognized the booth’s use of color, orientation and lighting, as well as the way its interactive elements communicated the products’ capabilities in a clear and engaging manner. The VR experience was developed in collaboration with Tenstar Simulation AB.
