HIDROMEK at SaMoTer 2026, a Major Event in the Italian Construction Machinery Market
HIDROMEK, which has drawn attention with its busy event schedule both domestically and internationally, is preparing to participate in SaMoTer 2026, that took place in Verona, Italy, from May 6-9. SaMoTer 2026, which is counting down the days until it opens its doors for the 32nd time, stands out as one of the most important and long-standing events in Italy’s construction equipment market. Held every 3 years, this year’s fair took place from May 6-9 at the Veronafiere Exhibition Center. HIDROMEK, which continues to participate in major events across the world in the construction machinery sector and recently wrapped up the highly successful trade SMOPYC show in Spain, headed to Italy. At SaMoTer 2026, HIDROMEK showcased a product lineup, including new models, from its excavator and backhoe loader ranges. HIDROMEK presented its excavator and backhoe loader models that have attracted interest in the regional market. In addition, 2 new crawler excavator models were on display at the HIDROMEK stand. Two new additions to HIDROMEK’s line of crawler excavators, distinguished by their short-tail designs, were on display at SaMoTer. HMK 85 SR, in the 9-t class, and the 27-t HMK 235 LCR, HIDROMEK’s largest model featuring a short swing radius, will reflect HIDROMEK’s power in narrow spaces, urban environments, and sensitive work sites. The HMK 145 LC SR crawler excavator, one of the most preferred models in its class thanks to its short-tail design, the HMK 210 NLC crawler excavator, and HMK 220 W MH special-purpose excavator, which stands out in material handling operations, were on display at HIDROMEK’s booth. The HMK 62 T mini crawler backhoe loader, which recently joined K4 Series with its new and improved specifications, was also on display for visitors at SaMoTer. With its new series design, the HMK 62 T has taken a significant step forward in both operator comfort and machine durability and has been well-received at the events where it has been exhibited so far. “At HIDROMEK, we view Europe as a key region at the core of our export strategies. We have strong, well-established, and growing dealer networks in many countries across the region. Italy is one of the markets we prioritize and where we have a strong presence. Currently, we are working with 13 authorized dealers in Italy, whom we believe best reflect HIDROMEK’s strength,” declared Gizem Ulaş, HIDROMEK’s export area manager for Italy. Events like SaMoTer are also of great importance for the continuity of our export activities in various markets. Such events, which enable us to meet with both our customers and dealers in the region, also serve as an important platform for potential partnerships.
