Efficiency for Recycling Operations
When a machine operates on a shift schedule, it must function reliably. The SENNEBOGEN 360 G telehandler demonstrated exactly that early on during its practical deployment at Chiemgau Recycling, in Rosenheim, Germany. Chiemgau Recycling operates on a 3-shift system. Paper, cardboard, and waste paper are sorted, compressed, and prepared for resale there. The high operational capacity provided ideal conditions for deploying the 360 G early on under real-world conditions and further developing it. The 360 G was introduced in 2025 and combines a load capacity of up to 6 t with a lift height of 8.5 m. This is complemented by 360° all-around visibility, a cab that can be raised, and a well-thought-out operating concept – designed for applications in recycling and material handling. The combination of a powerful telescopic boom, robust construction, and efficient hydraulics makes it the ideal machine for the recycling industry. SENNEBOGEN and Chiemgau Recycling have been working closely together since 2018. The Rosenheim site has consistently proven itself to be a reliable partner for the practical testing of new machines. The proximity to the factory enables rapid coordination and implementation of feedback from the field. The goal of this field trial was to observe the machine in everyday use, gather feedback from operators, and use that information to make targeted adjustments. This allowed the 360 G to be refined based on real-world experience even before series production began. Thanks to its proven track record in real-world applications, the SENNEBOGEN 360 G is now an integral part of material handling operations. Feedback from day-to-day recycling operations shows that the design has proven its worth – in terms of performance, comfort, and efficiency.
