TACConf 2026 in Winnipeg Offers Transportation Professionals High-Value Learning, Networking, and Insights

The Transportation Association of Canada (TAC) invites transportation professionals to the 2026 TAC Conference & Exhibition (TACConf), taking place October 4–7 at the RBC Convention Centre Winnipeg.

As Canada’s largest national conference on roads, highways, and urban transportation, TACConf will bring together more than 1,400 attendees from government, industry, consulting, and academia.

TACConf is built around practical value. Participants leave with new connections, actionable insights, and exposure to the latest ideas shaping transportation in Canada. Attendees can expect to:

• Connect with peers, clients, decision-makers, and technical experts from across the country
• Learn about emerging trends, innovations, and real-world solutions through technical sessions and case studies
• Strengthen their professional profile by engaging in Canada’s national transportation community

Under the theme “Transportation for a Strong Canada”, the 2026 TACConf program will highlight how transportation contributes to nation-building. More than 300 presentations from peer experts will explore practical approaches and new thinking across aspects including safety, mobility, environmental sustainability, infrastructure management, technology integration, and workforce development.

The event is supported by Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure and the City of Winnipeg.

TAC is a not-for-profit association focusing on roads, highways, and urban transportation. Its 500 corporate members work together to address transportation challenges by sharing innovative ideas and experiences, creating knowledge, and pooling resources.
